Ready-to-Assemble SIP Building Kits

Quacent engineers, manufactures and delivers project-specific Ready-to-Assemble SIP Building Kits. Your architectural design becomes a coordinated package of prepared panels, connection components and project documentation, ready for assembly by your appointed building team.

Start with the building you need.

A useful first conversation connects your design ambitions with a clear kit scope. Share the location, intended use, drawings and current project stage so the next technical questions can be identified.

A project-specific starting point

Wall and roof geometry, openings and interfaces shape the package. The required panel build-up and connection components are established for the project.

A coordinated European project team

Your architect, local engineer and contractor remain involved in the building design and execution. Quacent coordinates the kit supply and the support agreed in the quotation.

A clear route to a quotation

Describe your target delivery period and the information already available. The review identifies missing inputs before quantities, specification and delivery assumptions are agreed.

The building system

A coordinated kit.
A clear starting point.

A Structural Insulated Panel combines OSB faces with an insulating core. A Quacent RTA kit brings project-specific panels and agreed connection materials together as one coordinated supply.

The difference is the preparation around your design. Individual wall and roof elements are related to the openings, supporting members and junctions in the building. Their identification connects the manufactured components to the information used on site, so the discussion starts with the whole kit rather than a price for loose panels.

Why work with Quacent

A supply partner between your design and the factory.

For your team, the key handovers are the project brief, the agreed supply, the production release and the delivery to site. Quacent connects these stages. Your architect and local engineer contribute the building requirements, while your contractor brings the practical conditions that affect handling, assembly and the work that follows the SIP shell.

Quacent BV coordinates European project enquiries and the agreed RTA SIP supply. Your local team stays involved in the design decisions, engineering interfaces and construction.

A clear project brief

Bring your drawings, location and programme to one supply discussion. Define the panel applications, connections and support you need.

Coordinated preparation

Connect the agreed design to panel layouts, production information and the document package included in your quotation.

An organised handover

Agree the components, packing information and delivery responsibilities before the kit reaches your building team.

How we work

From drawings
to an organised delivery.

The kit is prepared before it reaches the site, but the site is part of the preparation. Opening dimensions, structural interfaces, delivery access and the installer’s questions should be addressed while the drawings are still being coordinated. Before manufacturing starts, the responsible parties approve the revision that will define the supplied components.

We define the supply together, then coordinate the kit through engineering, production and delivery.

Delivered RTA SIP Kit projects

Delivered kits. Real building projects.

Every project presented here was supplied by Quacent as a Ready-to-Assemble SIP Building Kit. Explore the site photographs and interactive kit models to see how architectural designs become prepared components for assembly.

The models focus on the kit geometry, not the finished interiors or external appearance. The photographed building stages also include work by the wider project team. Together they show delivered kit experience without presenting Quacent as the turnkey contractor for all work visible in a completed building.

Start with your project information.

Share drawings, project location, intended use and the current design stage. We can review kit scope, engineering coordination and delivery requirements. Foundations, statutory approvals, lifting equipment, finishes and building services remain with the responsible project parties unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Technical clarity

Know what is supplied.
Know who does what.

Quacent primarily supplies the RTA SIP Kit. Your project team remains essential to the engineering interfaces, local approvals and work on site.

Defined for your project

Foundation works, fit-out and the local lead structural engineer are not automatically included in Quacent’s supply. Assembly support and additional engineering must be agreed separately.

Structural, fire, acoustic and thermal performance depend on the complete build-up and project conditions. Local regulations and engineering requirements must be checked for the intended use.
