Innovation in Canada

Quacent’s journey began in Canada, led by engineer and visionary Ray Sun. Through intensive R&D, his team developed advanced SIP technology to make building faster and more sustainable.

Expansion in China

Driven by global demand, Quacent built a state-of-the-art production facility in Dalian, China. With integrating precision automation, strict quality control, and large-scale capacity for global export.

Established in Europe

To serve the growing European market, Quacent B.V. was founded in the Netherlands. From Tilburg, we provide direct support, logistics, and technical expertise to builders, distributors, and self-build clients across Europe.

Our Journey Begins: Canada

Quacent’s story began with a bold idea in Canada. How to rethink how homes are built. Led by visionary engineer Ray Sun, our team developed early Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) systems that proved building could be faster, greener, and stronger.
What began as experimental research in Canadian quickly evolved into a bold mission: To make construction faster, smarter, and more energy-efficient without sacrificing quality or design.
Ray’s leadership transformed that mission into a global movement. Today, as President of Quacent, he continues to guide the company with the same forward-thinking spirit that sparked it all over a decade ago.

Expansion into China

As global demand grew, Quacent established a state-of-the-art production hub in Dalian, China, equipped with automation and precision engineering systems. This expansion enabled us to scale our manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. From China, we deliver SIP and modular building systems to clients worldwide by combining industrial excellence with the flexibility and efficiency of offsite construction. From innovation to industrial performance, Quacent turned vision into scalable reality.

Established in Europe

To better serve our partners and customers across Europe, Quacent B.V. was founded in the Netherlands. From our base in Tilburg, we coordinate logistics, technical certification, and project support for the entire region, ensuring every building meets European standards for performance and sustainability. By combining global technology with local expertise, we help builders, architects, and self-build clients create modern, energy-efficient homes faster, smarter, and more sustainably than ever before.
