A useful first conversation

Choose the information that fits your question.

You do not need a finished specification to start. Explain whether you are comparing building systems, developing a design or preparing a supply package. A clear question is more useful than a large amount of unrelated documentation.

Project or budget review

Share the country, intended use, approximate size and available drawings. For repeat housing, include house types and quantities. Identify provisional dates or dimensions so any early pricing assumptions can be made clear.

Technical discussion

Describe the panel application, connection or evidence question. Add the drawing reference and the person reviewing the design. Detailed engineering work and local approval responsibilities need a defined scope.

Partnership or general enquiry

Introduce your company, region, experience and the role you have in mind. For a general question, choose that option and describe the topic; project information is not required.

Before you enquire

A few practical answers.

Can I enquire before the drawings are complete?

Yes. Tell us the location, intended use and design stage, and the decision you want to make. Identify information that is provisional. Further drawings may be needed before a meaningful kit quotation or production review.

Do I need to give both an email address and a phone number?

No. For a written enquiry, provide at least one way to contact you. A callback requires a phone number with its country code. The preferred time and time zone help describe your availability but do not book an appointment.

Is budget pricing the cost of a completed building?

No. A kit pricing discussion concerns the defined supplied package and any agreed support. Foundations, building services, finishes and local site work are not automatically included. Scope, quantities, documents and delivery arrangements need to be confirmed for a comparable quotation.

Can I attach drawings here?

This form accepts text, not attachments. Mention which PDF, DWG or IFC files are available and their revision. Quacent will agree a transfer method for the information needed to review the project.
